Welcome to SnapScan Logger, an application developed by Colin Possamai Computers. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the SnapScan Logger (“Application”) on mobile devices and desktop computers. By using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Application.

1. Introduction

The SnapScan Logger App is designed to assist users in managing job-related tasks, including logging job details, capturing images, and generating and sending email reports. The Application may require authentication via Google OAuth to enable email-sending functionality.

2. License & Restrictions

2.1. License

Colin Possamai Computers grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application for personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms.

2.2. Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

  • Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the Application.
  • Use automated systems (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access or manipulate the Application.
  • Interfere with the security, performance, or integrity of the Application.
  • Misuse the email functionality by sending spam, phishing, or fraudulent emails.

3. User Data & Privacy

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Application, you acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy (View Privacy Policy).

3.1. Google OAuth & Email Sending

  • The Application only requests Gmail send permissions (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send) for sending job-related emails.
  • We do not access, read, or store your Gmail emails or contacts.
  • You can revoke access at any time via Google Security Settings.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, guarantees, or conditions of any kind, including, but not limited to:

  • No warranty of accuracy: We do not guarantee that all features will function without errors.
  • No warranty of availability: We do not guarantee that the Application will be available at all times without interruptions.
  • No liability for data loss: Users are responsible for backing up their own job logs, reports, and emails.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Colin Possamai Computers shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, business, or profits.
  • Any unauthorized access or breach of security affecting the Application.
  • Any issues resulting from third-party services, including Google OAuth and Gmail API.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Application is to stop using it.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • We determine that your use of the Application poses security risks, legal issues, or abuse.

Upon termination, you must stop using the Application and revoke Google OAuth permissions.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
